Candidates who have been shortlisted on the basis of the results of the Preliminary Examination should note the following critical details regarding the Mains phase:
- Exam Date: The online Main Examination will be conducted on June 07, 2026 (Sunday).
- Admit Card / Call Letter: Separate call letters for the Main Examination must be downloaded from the RBI website. The exact time and venue for the Main Examination will be indicated in these call letters.
- Instructions & Scribe Info: The link for downloading call letters, the information handout for the Main Examination, and instructions for eligible candidates with physical limitations (including utilizing the services of a scribe and/or compensatory time) will shortly be made available on the official RBI website.

Important Instructions Regarding RTI Queries
Note for RTI Applicants: RTI queries regarding the furnishing of category-wise/region-wise and total number of candidates shortlisted/appeared for the Preliminary Examination or shortlisted for the Main Examination will be entertained only after the completion of the selection process and declaration of final results of this recruitment.
All candidates must also note that the conduct of the entire recruitment process has been outsourced to an external examination body. As per its policy, the said body does not provide question papers to the client organization; thus, RBI will not be able to provide the same under RTI.
