Required Documents for ITICAT Counselling 2026 Document Verificationi. (क) मैट्रिक या समकक्ष परीक्षा का प्रवेश-पत्र, अंक-पत्र तथा औपबंधिक प्रमाण-पत्र ii. Copy of Aadhar Card. iii. 6 (Six) copies of the passport size Photograph which was pasted on the Admit Card ITICAT-2026. iv. Admit Card of ITICAT-2026. v. Rank Card of ITICAT-2026. vi. Online Counselling हेतु Registration एवं Choice Filling करने के उपरांत Choice Slip की प्रति। vii. Downloaded print of Online filled Application Form (Confirmation Page) of ITICAT-2026. viii. Online Counselling कार्यक्रम से सम्बन्धित आवश्यक सूचना विज्ञापन संख्या-बी.सी.ई.सी.ई.बी. (आई.टी.आई.सी.ए.टी.)- 2026/05 दिनांक 04.06.2026 के क्रम में बिहार राज्य के औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थान प्रतियोगिता परीक्षा (ITICAT)-2026 के आधार पर बिहार राज्य के सरकारी औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों के I.T.I. Trade की 25% जिला बंधेज मुक्त सीटों एवं 75% जिलावार सीटों पर सीट आवंटन के लिए Online Counselling हेतु ITICAT-2026 में सम्मिलित सभी पात्रता प्राप्त अभ्यर्थियों/सम्बन्धित अभिभावकों / संस्थानों को Choice filling एवं अग्रेत्तर Counselling कार्यक्रम हेतु निम्नवत् सूचित किया जाता है; (1) ITICAT-2026 के परीक्षाफल के आधार पर पात्रता प्राप्त सभी अभ्यर्थी पर्षद के Website: bceceboard.bihar.gov.in पर जाकर “Rank Card of ITICAT-2026” link पर click करें। तत्पश्चात् “View/Download Rank Card of ITICAT-2026” Link पर Click करने के बाद अपना Roll No. एवं जन्म तिथि डालकर Rank Card प्राप्त प्राप्त कर लें। तदोपरान्त अभ्यर्थी कंडिका (9) में अंकित कार्यक्रम अनुसार Choice filling की प्रक्रिया पुरी करें। (2) ITICAT-2026 से संबंधित Online Choice filling / Counselling प्रक्रिया हेतु अभ्यर्थी “Online Counselling Portal of ITICAT-2026” पर Click करें। तत्पश्चात Online Counselling के लिए ITICAT-2026 का Registration No. तथा Password से login करें। (3) सफलतापूर्वक login कर लेने के उपरांत अभ्यर्थी अपनी प्राथमिकता अनुसार अधिक से अधिक I.T.I. एवं Trade का Choice भरें। Choice भरने के उपरांत अभ्यर्थी निर्धारित अंतिम तिथि तक अपने Choice को Edit कर सकते हैं। दिये गये Schedule के अनुसार अभ्यर्थी अपने द्वारा भरे गये Choice से अगर संतुष्ट हैं तो अपने choice को Lock कर दें। Choice locking उपरांत अभ्यर्थी अपने द्वारा भरे गये Choices में अगर किसी प्रकार का बदलाव करना चाहते हैं तो वे “Unlock Choices” बटन पर click करें तथा अपने Registered Mobile no. तथा email पर प्राप्त OTP को Authenticate / Verify कर choices में बदलाव निर्धारित अंतिम तिथि तक कर सकते हैं। तदुपरांत अभ्यर्थी अंतिम रूप से भरे गये choices को पुनः lock कर दें। अगर अभ्यर्थी निर्धारित अंतिम तिथि तक अपना Choice lock नहीं करते हैं तो उनका choice निर्धारित अंतिम तिथि के तुरंत बाद स्वतः Lock हो जायेगा। अंतिम तिथि उपरांत choice में किसी प्रकार के बदलाव का प्रावधान नहीं होगा। अभ्यर्थी अपने द्वारा भरे गये choices का Print-out निकाल कर भविष्य के लिए अपने पास सुरक्षित रख लें । (4) Online counselling हेतु Choice filling की प्रक्रिया one-time है। इसलिए अगर कोई अभ्यर्थी First Round में Choice Filling नहीं करते हैं तो वैसे सभी अभ्यर्थी को अगले चक्र की Online Counselling हेतु दुबारा Choice Filling का मौका नहीं दिया जायेगा। (5) अंतिम रूप से भरे गये Choices की List (सूची) Seat Allotment से पूर्व अभ्यर्थी के पंजीकृत email ID पर email के माध्यम से भेजी जाएगी। (6) वैसे सभी अभ्यर्थी का, जिन्होंने निर्धारित ऑतम तिथि तक Choice Filling किया है, मेधा-सह-विकल्प के आधार पर Seat Allotment किया जायेगा। (7) अभ्यर्थी अपना सीट आवंटन Result देखने हेतु निर्धारित तिथि से अपने Account में login कर अपना सीट आवंटन result देख सकते हैं। अगर कोई अभ्यर्थी अपने आवंटित I.T.I. एवं Trade से संतुष्ट नहीं है तो Provisional Allotment Order Download करने के क्रम में अगले round के लिए Upgradation हेतु अपनी इच्छा व्यक्त करें। अगर कोई अभ्यर्थी अगले round की कॉउन्सेलिंग के लिए upgradation हेतु अपनी इच्छा व्यक्त नहीं करते हैं तो उन्हें अगले round की कॉउन्सेलिंग के लिए विचार नहीं किया जायेगा। (8) आवंटित सभी अभ्यर्थी, चाहे उन्होंने Upgradation की इच्छा व्यक्त किया हो अथवा नहीं, द्वारा Download किये गये provisional allotment order में Document Verification / Admission हेतु Reporting/ Nodal Centre का नाम एवं तिथि अंकित होगा जिसके अनुसार अभ्यर्थी अपने संबंधित Reporting / Nodal Centre पर निर्धारित तिथि तक जाकर अपना Document Verification करायेंगे। वैसे अभ्यर्थी जिन्होंने upgradation का option दिया है, वे भी अनिवार्य रूप से अपने Nodal / Reporting Centre पर Document Verification करा कर Verification Slip एवं अपना मूल प्रमाण पत्र (Original Certificate) वापस ले लें। यदि 2nd round में उनका सीट upgrade होता है तो आवंटित सीट पर नामांकन हेतु निर्धारित Reporting/ Nodal Centre पर अभ्यर्थी प्रथम चक्र के Document Verification Slip एवं सभी सम्बन्धित वांछित मूल प्रमाण पत्रों के साथ निश्चित रूप से उपस्थित होंगे, अन्यथा 2nd Round में आवंटित सीट रद्द होते हुए रिक्त हो जायेगा जिसके फलस्वरूप पूर्व (1st Round) की आवंटित सीट भी रिक्त हो जायेगा। लेकिन यदि अभ्यर्थी का प्रथम चक्र की सीट ही Retain रह जाता है तो वे पूर्व आवंटित संस्थान में Document Verification Slip एवं सम्बन्धित सभी मूल प्रमाण पत्रों के साथ Report कर Verification Slip एवं सम्बन्धित सभी वांछित मूल प्रमाण पत्रों के साथ Report कर निर्धारित अवधि में Document Verification कराते हुए नामांकन प्रक्रिया पूरी करेंगे। अन्यथा उनका प्रथम चक्र का आवंटित सीट रद्द हो जायेगा। (10) इन्टरनेट व्यवधान के लिए पर्षद उत्तरदायी नहीं होगा। अतः अभ्यर्थी अंतिम तिथियों का इंतजार नहीं करेंगे एवं उसके पूर्व सभी प्रक्रिया पूरी कर लेंगे। (11) Document Verification के समय ITICAT-2026 की विवरण पुस्तिका के अनुसार सभी मूल प्रमाण पत्र, Online आवेदन भरने के उपरांत Download किये गये Confirmation Page की प्रति, Online Counselling हेतु Choice filling करने के उपरांत Choice Slip की प्रति, Download किये गये Provisional Allotment Order की तीन प्रति एवं जाँच पर्ची (भर कर) की दो प्रति, साथ लाना अनिवार्य है। (12) (A) अभ्यर्थी, Reporting / Nodal Centre पर जाकर अपना Document Verification कराने के पश्चात् अगर अगले round की कॉउन्सेलिंग के लिए Upgradation हेतु इच्छा व्यक्त किये हैं तो वे अपना मूल प्रमाण पत्र के साथ हस्ताक्षरित Document Verification Slip अपने साथ वापस ले लें। यदि 2nd round में उनका सीट Upgrade होता है तो 2nd round में आवंटित सीट पर नामांकन हेतु निर्धारित Reporting/Nodal Centre पर अभ्यर्थी प्रथम चक्र के Document Verification Slip एवं सम्बन्धित सभी वांछित मूल प्रमाण पत्रों के साथ निश्चित रूप से उपस्थित होंगे, अन्यथा 2nd round में आवंटित सीट को रिक्त मान लिया जायेगा जिसके फलस्वरूप पूर्व (1st round) की आवंटित सीट भी रिक्त हो जायेगा। लेकिन यदि अभ्यर्थी का प्रथम चक्र का सीट ही Retain रह जाता है तो वे पूर्व आवंटित संस्थान में Document Verification Slip एवं सम्बन्धित सभी वांछित मूल प्रमाण पत्रों के साथ report कर निर्धारित अवधि में नामांकन लेंगे, अन्यथा उनका प्रथम चक्र का उक्त आवंटित सीट रद्द हो जायेगा। (13) बिहार राज्य अंतर्गत राजकीय औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में नामांकन हेतु कुल सीटों में से 25% सीट जिला के बंधेज से मुक्त रहेगा, अर्थात बिहार राज्य अंतर्गत राजकीय औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों के कुल सीटों में से 25% सीटों पर नामांकन के लिए राज्य के सभी जिलों के अभ्यर्थी पात्रता प्राप्त हैं। साथ ही साथ, महिला औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में, पात्रता प्राप्त महिला अभ्यर्थियों का ही नामांकन होगा एवं इनके लिए महिला औद्योगिक प्रशिक्षण संस्थानों में नामांकन के लिए जिला का बन्धेज नहीं होगा। |
