5. Pay Scale & Probation Details
- Scale of Pay: The JTO (T) shall be recruited in the IDA pay scale [E-1] of ₹ 16400 – ₹ 40500/- (2nd PRC pay scale w.e.f. 01.01.2007).
- Bond: Recruited candidates have to execute a Bond of Rupees 06 (Six) Lakhs to serve BSNL for a period of at least FIVE YEARS.
- Probation Period: Two Years.
- Training: JTO Phase-I training (10 weeks), Field Training (4 weeks), JTO Phase-II training (6 weeks Specialisation).
